Please excuse another mystery bike but this one has a decent clue: Bike is Vitus-tubed, original monochrome orangy-red with looks like 49D Stronglight crank, Spiedel c-pull calipers, Simplex derailleurs, DOuts and almost wrap-round seatstays. The best clue is name on seat-tube; can't decipher first few letters but name appears to end in letters N-C-I. I looked at CR french site but nothing seemed close. Any guesses?
