Matthew,

Looks like the real deal (sort of). Appears to be a bike from

the '60's. Check the width of the BB shell. If it is 65mm wide

instead of 70 like typical Italian BB, it's a Cinelli. If it is

genuine and hasn't been altered in the rear, it will also have 110mm

rear spacing. You will need a 65-P-110 BB and a 110mm spaced rear hub

to make it proper; Oh yeah, and a paint job. At least the badge isn't

messd up, no?
