Some very early Grand Records were painted yellow (as were early Grand Tourings); The absence of a "real" Motobecane headbadge suggests very early 70s or perhaps, even late 60s.
What are the dropouts? If both front and rear are Campagnolo, I would suspect Reynolds 531 for both fork and stays.
