Subject: [CR]1970s Pogliaghi sold BIN on Ebay last night

I was the ninth person to view the following auction, late last night, while it was still active:

http://ebay.com/<blah 34QQihZ018QQcategoryZ98084QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem>

Or, Ebay item number 280014220634

The frame is my size, and a 70s Pog is DEFINITELY on my hit list, but I didn't buy it. The reason I passed was that the rear stays seem to have some kind of doubled brake bridge(s), and I didn't feel comfortable about buying outright without knowing what I was actually looking at. I knew it would be gone by morning, when I could ask people about it.

So, the bike sold, likely within minutes of my viewing it. But I ask ... what is the deal with the two brake bridges? Is this normal, rare, ok, not ok? Mostly, is it genuine Pog?
