Dear members:

I PLEAD with all of you to go to:

http://www.classicrendezvous.com/CR_list_rules.htm

and read the rules again.

I am sooo very busy in the shop right now that it is an extreme hardship to read all the mail & write privately to many of you to remind you of the basics. As you may imagine, this makes me peevish and subject to rash acts like wanting to give folks the boot. I would prefer to be calm and patient but it is very trying to state the obvious so many times. So PLEASE read the rules!

Common breaches of late?

- Too many postings. (3 per day max, please. You know who you are!)

- Not signing off properly (First and last name, city, state & country. We have international members who do not necessarily know where your city is!)

- Zinging others! Either slyly or blatantly. Not nice either way. If you can't say something nice, don't post at all! Isn't there enough strife in the world without dragging it into the CR list?

Unless things lighten up on my end, I may have to resort to simply removing members who break the rules. No discussion, no time consuming messages requesting compliance... just Zap! Gone! I would much rather you all just play nice....

Thanks Dale

Cinellisti, please tell me where this SC-Leggerisimo fits in the pantheon of Cinelli. Is it one of the exceptional ones, which I've heard so many were, or did Cinelli go slumming a bit with Brügelmann, one of Europe´s big mail order houses?

On the con side, after seeing so many pics of really elegant looking Cinellis, this paint treatment looks about as subtle and nuanced as a sledgehammer. And the seat cluster crafting looks a little coarse.

On the pro side, the lower steering tube lug looks moldo buono. Likewise for the sculped fork crown.

Help. Please clarify. 220013657599
