531 frame tubes transfer at http://www.classicrendezvous.com/British/reynolds/reynolds_531.htm

is perhaps later. See the perhaps earlier version with quote marks around 531 and worded "frame tubing" instead of "frame tubes" at

http://www.classicrendezvous.com/British_isles/Carlton/carlton-franco-suisse.htm

I have this perhaps earlier version on a 1955 Sun Manxman.

The tubing spec for the Claud Butler New Allrounder as listed in the Butler catalogues [at http://homepage.ntlworld.com/nkilgariff/ and in Lightweight Cycles Catalogue Volume 1] did not say it was butted tubing, whereas other more expensive models in the Butler catalogues did specify butted tubing. . I assume this means the New Allrounder had straight gauge 531 tubing. The catalogues do not mention whether 531 tubing was frame tubes only.
