The brakeset looks like a Gran Sport set, from the early 80s perhaps. Victory brakes would have had the perforated levers, and the calipers from the late Gran Sport and Victory brakes were essentially identical. They are definitely not Super Record.

For the post-1977 Campy NR or SR cranksets (with small bumps on the back of the arms where they attach to the spindle) the length should be 114.5 mm for BSC, or 115.5 mm for Italian bottom brackets. This assumes you are mounting a double chainring. Prior to 1977, the spindles should be 112 and 113 mm respectively, again for double rings.

I'll have to defer on the change from globe to shield--Chuck Schmidt's timeline might have this chronicled.
