=0D =0D David, =0D A good question. My guess is that you would need to prove it was y ours. (store receipt, or registration with local police department) and tha t the bike was taken from your (PD Report). If you were reimbursed by your insurance company, you do not own the bike anymore; the carrier does. If you saw the bike on ebay, you could notify ebay but I would think that one would want to understand the ultimate goal. Get the b ike back? bust the bad guy? Both? I would try to write the seller and ask if it is OK to inspect the bike. Now the seller may not be the thief and he may not even be aware that the bike was stolen so one nee ds to be careful here. If it is yours, make the inspection and go to the nearest police station and report the situation. Let the cops make the recovery. =0D
