Rivendell sells what I think you need. Licktons (lickbike.com) may have them (Better call; don't think the nuts are listed) Also, Quality Bicycle Parts does, too, I think. You can use a seat tube pinch bolt for this; the threading is the same (6x1m). Grind it down a little if it's too long.
