I can confirm that the Grand Touring and Grand Jubile both used a one tube into two in the mid-seventies. In fact, I was a model in the '74 Motobecane catalog showing off the Grand Touring model with a beautiful young lady. Most of the models that year were employees of Jones Bicycles in Long Beach, which was previously owned by Ben Lawee, the local importer of Motobecane and ItalVega. Even the owner of Jones, Bob Olsen, was in the catalog.
