Received some additional photos of the Hurlow (?) on Craigslist, and it is built with long point Prugnat lugs, not the fancy pattern lugs Hurlow is famous for. Frame is actually a 23" ctt. Still a handsome bike, but maybe it is one of the S.W. Cotton frames/bikes that Hurlow was involved with??? Only decal on frame is a tiny "H" decal on the headtube.
