The seller says: "23" chrome frame. (from mid crank to top of tube)" which is a rather unconventional way to measure a bike frame if he means straight up to the top of the top tube. If you do the trig, assuming a 71° seat tub e angle, that works out to 22.74" to the top of the seat lug.
