I have a friend who has a fairly complete Viscount, including the aluminum fork--23 1/2" frame, with the usual Viscount crank and hubs....
He also has a Trek Tri-Series 500 lugged frame--- 531 frame w/ chrome-moly forks--- in a petit 19" or 19 1/2" size.
Neither he or I have a clue as to the desirability of these items--- I believe and hope that they are within the acceptability range for inclusion here. I have no idea as to pricing, either---- any suggestions from anybody who might have a clue?
