Mark sez: I see nothing that looks Taiwan about the bike. The Bocama lugs and Vagner crown are typical of mid-level mid-70's Motobecane frames. Even the script on the top tube looks correct. The head badge IS a puzzler...

My guess is that this is a Euro-spec bike that made its way into the country, similar to the Peugeot 650b bike discussed earlier.
