Bonjourno Listmembers, (L'Eroica is only a month away so I'm practicing my Italiano)

I took a shot and drove the 3 hours to the Hartford, CT area on the outside chance that I could beat mother nature and attend the New England swap meet. For the most part, it was a good decision as the rain held off until late morning. Then Weigle pulls in around 10:30 and the heavens opened up.

Held at the New England Muscle Bike museum in Bloomfield, CT, the crowd was there upon my arrival at 9AM. CR listmembers seen at the swap included Steve Kinne, Curtis Anthony, Joel Flood, Billy Rounds, Peter Weigle (with his gal pal, Kendall), Sam W, Mark Hoffman, and Brian Blum visiting from Berkely, CA. I spoke with Peter the day before and asked him to bring the new bike he built for Kendall. It's really cool.

Compared to Monson, Copake, and other similar swaps, this show was heavy on the muscle bikes and not a whole lot of lightweight equipment to choose from. But I was not there for the bits but for the "buds of the CR variety" and it was good to see them. Wanna see a few shots taken with my high rez cell phone?
