Not mine, don't know the seller, it's too tall, but I'm digging it big time ....

1972 English 3-speed, 25" (63cm) – Brand new! - $300 (san leandro) ________________________________ Reply to: sale-200578347@craigslist.org Date: 2006-08-29, 3:02PM PDT

That's right. Not restored, not a reproduction -- new. This 1972 Rex Classique roadster, built by the Comrade Cycle Co. of Staffordshire, England, had been in its box 35 years and was just assembled last week. Unlike most 3-speeds, the Rex has larger 27" wheels for a smoother, faster ride. Comes equipped with full fenders, a H.W. Carradice touring bag (a $100 value) frame mounted tire pump, and a Phillips double-action bell. It's a joy to ride, and the fit and finish – well, it's new – 'nuff said. It's been fully inspected during assembly, ridden about five miles and everything snugged up. Whether you're a collector or just want a gorgeous, sturdy roadster, a time machine like this is something that doesn't come along every day.
