Not certain, but I'd guess a 1968 Competition would take a plain straight post with a separate seat clamp.

Can anyone recommend, direct me towards, or perhaps even better yet, sell me an appropriate seat post for a 1968 Raleigh Competition? Or seat pin, to those who speak British. The diameter is 27.2.
