Subject: [CR]Orphan Milremo hub to be rescued...

I have available one Milremo High Flange 36 hole rear hub, a pretty obvious Normandy with a different label. It's married up to a cheapo Shimano Chinese FW but no rim. Nutted, not QR. It was part of a replacement wheel for a Raleigh Reg Harris something-or-other that I bought, and is clearly vintage-correct.

If there is someone who is just dying for this sad critter, I'd sell it for cost of shipping.

I bought the bike in Ca from a buddy. The wheel was not original, so I didn't want it. But I did need a spacer for the rear end, and didn't have my FW pullers with me, so that's how the frame arrived safely, but now there is this ugly hub with FW attached, just lying about. Yes, there are still a few spoke nubs, too, but trimmed pretty far back.

Please, no flames. There was no time to get the FW pulled that Friday pm, and the hub had no value to me. If you're nice, I might pull the FW off before sending it.

If there are multiple people interested, it will go to the most convincing yarn received within 24 hr. of Digest mode publication. If there is no interest, it will be called to its ancestors and returned to the earth. After salvaging the axle set.
