Subject: [CR]chrome paint

I have a chrome frame and some chrome parts that need some touch up work. Does anyone know of a chrome paint that looks like chrome and not silver? I bought a can of chrome auto paint and tested it on a few surfaces and it looks terrible.

I searched the web for chrome paints, but no luck. Problem around Palo Alto is that they have all of these environmental restrictions meaning that chroming is not a legal practice.

My Uncle use to have a bottle of real mercury. He would pour it on the table and it would turn into little blobs or balls. I dropped some on the floor and the dog almost ate it.

Does anyone know where I can get chrome touch up paint or if this even is such a thing?
