I believe so, but I'm not sure about the finish. We do have these in stock, but last I knew they were still rolled up in cardboard.

That seems very unlikely to me. 40 hole is mostly a British thing, and 584 is mostly a French thing.

I really don't recommend 40 spoke wheels. If you're going to accept the standardization hassles of using more than 36, you might as well go for 48.
