Mike, I concur with Phil. I have a known '73 and what I believe is a '79. I think your frame was on the bubble between the ones we see with the stamped "colnago" chainstay and seatstay with colnago dropouts, and the unstamped versions with campy dropouts. I've never seen those decals. Which means I'm putting my best guesstimate at 1980. Good Luck!
