Hello All,

Well its been decided, Pescadero it is.

We'll meet at the "White Church" parking lot on Stage Rd., the nearest (only?) cross street is North Street, its just up from the infamous Duarte's Tavern. Meeting time is 10am and we'll attempt to depart at 10:30. If you dont know the area, I'll email a map to you. The ride will be about 20 miles + or - with a lesuire pace. Terrain will be mostly flat with afew climbs. We'll add some scenic climbing splendor by including Butano State Park to our route. Lunch will be at the end of the ride at a local grocery store/sandwich shop. Theres some picnic tables behind the place. The featured marques will be Jack Taylor and Hetchins, but any bike will be welcome. Hope you can make it.

Regards, Dave Martinez Fremont Ca

Hello All,

Just a reminder for next Saturday, Sept. 16 is the SF Bay Area Vintage Ride. Hetchins and Jack Taylor will be the featured marques, other makes are welcome. I'm sure there'll be some cool bikes (and riders) attending. The location will be either Pescadero or Woodside (see original post below), so far its Pescadero with a early lead. I'll do the final tally on Weds. and post it to the CR List.

Hello All,

I'm planning either a Pescadero or Woodside on Saturday Sept. 16th. We'll go by consensus as to the location.

In case you're not familiar, Pescadero is wonderful, seems almost traffic free and virtually unchanged since the early 60s when my Dad and I would fish for steelhead there. Its a drive for most of us, and the route we'll take is around 20 easy to moderate miles.

We're all familiar with the Woodside ride. The location is convenient and theres always variety if Peter and Jan are there.

Let me know if you can attend and your preference.

The theme will be Jack Taylor/Hetchins or bring whatever you like.

Regards,
Dave Martinez
