I don't know anything of the seller other than they say they're in Paradise, a town north of Sacramento by a good hour and a half.

A very special frame 1984 Olympic Team Frame Made by Tom Kellogg Tom uses the Spectrum name today. In 1984 Murray was the Olympic Road Team Sponsor and Tom built there bicycles. This is one of Seven, and was Mark Whitehead's frame Serial # 208. Here are some of the specifacations as provided from the builder, 56.5 x 56.9, 73 x 74, Columbus SL tubing with SP down tube. Rear brake cable has internal routing through top tube which has enclosed tubing end to end. Rear triangle is 130 mm, 27.2 seat post, British Threads, W/ Campagnolo Super Record Headset with Campy Smooth bearings. Frame has new DuPont Imron Paint($250) with Decals, photos do not do the finish justice it's smooth like glass. Done by a local professional frame painter, AirArt. Frame has not been built since painting."
