    Use a 70mm spindle. Assuming that this thing has Italian threading, that's what the make expected you to do anyway. If it helps with th chainline, you might consider using a 1mm spacer between the fixed cup and the BB shell. In fact, there seem to hae been a couple of BB shell manufacturers who expected you to use a fixed cup spacer. (Or some extremely zealous mechanics facing the shells...)
