Ted, Ossie Dover was the tailor to the cyclists he was a Jewish tailor from Liverpool. Now sadly sitting at his cutting table up in heaven with his beloved Higgins Trike beside him I'll bet. He had a sister Hilda who never learnt to ride a bike but tricycled everywhere also on a Higgins. Both wonderful characters and greatly missed. Hebden Cord Company will make you your whipcords and any other traditional cycling attire. Won't be as good as Ossie's! Try an internet search. Croeso Cymru Joe King Nr. Maenaddwyn Ynys Mon Wales
