Yup, A rusty one at that. It will be 99% cruiser balloon tire stuff, maybe a few 3sp., perhaps a few 10 sp dept store/sears/ Auto parts types and if lucky some Schwinn. Don't get too rpm'd up fellows. Ol' Teddy knows these things.
