Didn't the American Pro Magnani known in France as l'Americain win the
1934 Grand Prix Urago in Nice?
In the early 1960's a British firm A.P.C.Bowles in Walthamstow East
London handled the agency for Urago and they were one of the most
expensive bikes at one of the Earls Court Cycle Shows early in that
decade. If anyone has copies of Cyclings from 1960 to 64 I am sure there
is a right up onthe show Urago, it was also shown at the Schoolboys Own
and Hulton Exhibition.
