Subject: [CR]Color and Value Impact? Vintage Colnago website needed?

I'm thinking through color choices for an early 80's Colnago Super. I seem to notice the same choices repeated, especially the bright blue. A few colors I'm interested in include Molteni orange and Ferrari red. I'm wondering if I should stick with the regular colors shown in the catalogs if I were ever to resell the bike. I'm not especially nuts about any of them besides the pearl white/regular white personally. Clearly painting the bike something "shocking" like pink or some florescent color is not wise. But what about common colors even if not offered by Colnago orignally?

The second question is about identifying vintage Colnagos. There seem to be lots of various pieces of information, on list, in pictures on the Colnago site (not too many actually there) and in personal archives. I did see on the Colnago page on CR that the serial dating method was abandoned. Perhaps at least having all the photo example in one place on the web and identified would be helpful for many people based on the number of requests in the archives.
