23 inch c-c seat tube and 22.5 c-c top tube...has some patina a areas where chrome is old but the overall appearance is real good. one small tiny ding in stay..real small
i would say 85 to 90 percent with some tlc it would look great. stamped drop outs.dont see serial number may have been lost in chroming.
