The "Donovan" is a Wanderlust dating from 1954 (judging from the serial number).

Now can someone fill me (us) in on the distinction between a Carlton with a Carlton badge and a Donovan with a Donovan badge? Were they in fact made in the same works (Worksop)?

I assumed it was an oddity since did a quick search of Lloyds to see if they stocked Donovan transfers. They don't. And for a British marque, that's unusual!
