The long point lugs could be almost any brand but my best guess is that they are probably Prugnats that have had the "windows" reprofiled. The seat lug does however look very much like a Haden in its angularity, but it would have needed quite a lot of filing up to reduce the natural wall thickness of the lug. The fork crown resmbles a Milremo brand one from Ron Kitching. These came in two designs, but both needed a lot of filing up to make them presentable, as they were very roughly forged components . In this case the central decorative motif , in both fork crowns not too attractive, has been filed off.
