I don't know enough about Cinellis to tell you whether it is or isn't the real thing, but I can tell you that those items you mention -- Cinelli BB shell, Columbus seat stay ends and fork crown -- were common frame building materials in the 1980s and appeared on many bikes.

I rather suspect that a real Cinelli would have used Cinelli lugs and crown and have other distinguishing characteristics.
