Hello Kim. The only Louisan Bobet frames I have ever seen were all fitted with a headbadge. Sure it stated Louisan Bobet St. Etienne. Funny everyone of them was always painted in yellow . There was a shop called Ross Cycles who were in Balham South London who sold them, I think they called it the Model C.35. Sure I can find a scan of the headbadge if you need it.
