Hi Walt:
Hard to say for sure. Looks knock-off Italian, sorta. The rear dropouts look like (perhaps) Suntour GS forged ones, so maybe a mid-level Windsor or equivalent? That's a bit of a SWAG. Could be Japanese also, though. BB threading and seatpost size info. might help. What do others think?
