There is another "new" scam attempt out there as well.

This one comes in the form of an email question from an ebay member, the text of the message declares that they have been wronged by you and will report you to ebay and the police as they have not been sent their merchnadise. Looks very real, even cites an auction number with a date about 12 weeks prior. The grpahics are spot on, and look very real.

I reported to ebay as I had not sold anything recently. ebay replied that one should look up a message in the myebay section of your ebay space and look for the question and answer any email inquiry from and through the myebay messege center. Sounds reasonable to me.

Charles, might want to change your paypal password as well. Another good reason to link a paypal account with an isolated bank account, with no overdaraft protection etc.
