EBAY has a Dave Yates frame with no date. I'm not familiar with this frame builder. It appears to be a high quality frame. I can't make out the tube label, but it looks like maybe Reynolds 653. Is Yates a quality builder? Where is he from? http://cgi.ebay.com/Dave-Yates-Custom-Gold-Medal-frame-frameset-steel-5418v_W0QQitemZ7209669830QQcategoryZ98084QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
