We had a great couple of rides this weekend in central Florida. While we normally have 6 to 8 riders show, yesterday, for the last ride of the year, we had 12 riders, although only 4 were riding steel. My friend Ted Miller, who isn't a listmember but has been to Cirque a couple of times, was down here from Delaware for yesterday's ride. Today's ride we had 7 riders but this time, miraculously, we had 5 riding steel!! Great weather for both rides, with temps in the low 60s at the start. Listmembers Jonathan Greene and Brent Harrell were on both rides. At one point on today's ride, I believe it was Brent who commented that of the five steel bikes, we had a Richard Sachs, Brian Baylis, 1978 Serotta, Bruce Gordon and Hampsten. I wish we had remembered to take a picture before everyone split at the end of the ride as you don't see that grouping of top builder bikes in one place very often in Florida, well with the exception of our garages!
