This bike looked interesting to me on Ebay so I bought it.

Can anyone share any info they may know about it? Is this Concorde frame made by CIOCC? Any idea of the time period of this frame?
Note the tab under the top tube for a racing number, chrome fork and chromed chainstays and seatstay up to the bridge. The bike should be delivered tomorrow. The seller installed Shimano 105 components off his Cannondale around 1988.
