Hi all,
I tried this swap before, hoping to find a larger size Windsor Pro.
But thought of another idea here....
My Windsor is 51cm c-c on the seat tube, and 52 cm c-c on the top tube.
I'm looking for more like a 59cm c-c (which is probably what they
called the 24" frame in the 70's ?)

(note - the photos dont show it well, but the orange paint has
'blotches' - at first I thought it was touch ups...but actually it seems
just like uneven darkening in the paint.
I'll be at the Velo Rendezvous this weekend, and can bring the frame
there if you'd like.
