I think the C is for cycling. Could also stand for 'crabby'.
My off-topic bike was damaged in shipping this past week, and I think this is going to accellerate my search for an on-topic frame to build up.
If you've got something in the 59-61cm range that you're interested in selling, please let me know. I'd prefer frames over complete bikes and track frames over the shifty variety, but I'm certainly interested in what everyone's got laying around.
In the meantime, I'll be taking the bus and sending white-hot beams of hatred towards UPS and Dixon's Bicycle shop in Brooklyn.
