I'm no Masi expert, but did own a Masi Nuova Strada that I sold a couple years ago. It's hard to tell from the photos, but the BB on your customer's bike might be similar to the one on mine. However, the rest of the bike looks nothing like mine, as far as I can see. My former bike is only one data point, of course. I don't know whether Masi modified the Nuova Strada model at any point.
