Someone named Robert David Spick has posed pics of some interesting bikes on wooljersey.com, including a Lygie with cambio Corsa, and a Renato Dall' Orso with cambio Paris-Roubaix. I'd always thought Lygie was Italian, but the headbadge says "St. Etienne", so it's French. Also note the collection of SuperChampion shifter parts:
