Are you talking about item 270033707909 ?

I'm still no expert on Masis, so others will probably have more detailed comments. Still, I looked at the listing while it was active. It's bad eBay selling, pure and simple. I didn't like:

-- Lack of photos -- Serious lack of description, with no discussion of any damage -- The all-chrome fork, since the Masi forks I've seen all have matching paint (but I could be wrong) -- Serious lack of any additional description in the responses to questions -- Not to mention the lack of photos and description

These things, I believe, will give both educated and uneducated eBay buyers the willies about any item for sale. I don't know many folks who can take a $400 flyer (300 minimum bid, 100 shipping) on an item that could have real problems.

Besides, they let this thing end in the middle of a three-day weekend, and a weekend when too many vintage geeks like you and me are either in T-town recovery or at P-town (and I'm bumming that I couldn't hit Pasadena, I'll tell ya).
