Subject: [CR]The Cycle Show in London

Hi Gents, Nic and Andy visited the Cycle Show in London last weekend. There wasn't a lot there to do with our fantastic hobby except on the Condor stand there were a few KOF machines including a lovely orange bike with chrome-plated lugs and the strangly shaped 'Paris' bike. Brooks seemed to have every saddle they make there. Eddy Merckx opened the show and was supposed to be signing autographs at some time during the day but we didn't see him, probably because we were away from there by 3 o'clock. Later on in the day we had a great time walking around Waterloo searching for numbers 44/46 Kennington Road which, as you no doubt know, is the original home of F.W. Evans cycles! See it all here : http://www.bikebrothers.co.uk/londonshow_2006.htm wow!!

Please avert your eyes from the titanium and carbon fibre bikes for fear of catching 'offtopic-itus' - you have been warned.
