Details of seat cluster, crimping of chain stays, brazed-on toptube and bb cable guides, and head lugs all match my Reynolds-tubed 1971 Legnano. Mine has a different fork crown, no bottle and shifter braze-ons, and chrome points and lugs. I'm guessing it's a Reynolds-tubed Legnano frame, resprayed, with added braze-ons, a replacement fork, and bogus Columbus decals.
