My Viking catalog for the "Severn Valley" specification (series "V") shows four Tour of Britian wins as 51,55,58 and '59. Plus, there were six different models starting with Benelux changers up to a "V .100 with Campy "Grandsport". My guess is if there was one more win after 1959, then your bicycles date would be the next year..Anyway, my catalog shows the components for all series "V" bicycles including the different color paints.
