I hope i am not being to annoying by posting this again( i did not really get a response). I am looking for information on a 30's? track bike that i just picked up at the local thrift store. The bike has a very distinct lug pattern spearpoint lug pattern. The sweep of the fork also looks very different. The rear stays tubes are open on the tops and bottom. The rear bottom stay is very beefy. The bottom of the forks also have two good size holes in them. There is a serial on the right rear drop out. L 39 .. i think.. The bike has a Chater Lea bottom bracket shell and ends.

Somebody did info me that they have a CCM track with open tubed stays.
