That's pretty much standard geometry for a bicycle that's
used in motor paced events, although I've never seen one from
Peugeot before. I would guess that the term "steher" in the
listing is a German rendition of the English term "stayer",
which is a somewhat antiquated way of refering to motor paced
racing.
For more intense/involved discussions of motor paced racing
- and perhaps links to photos - you might search the CR
archives using the term "montlhery", which was a French
speedway where many motor paced records were set.
