The part on the left is the shifting fork from a super champion osgear setup, (could also be cyclo) The part on the right I think is a derailleur, possibly one of the early cyclo types. It may not be complete, but I'm not familiar enough with that type to be sure.

The seller says this is a chain tensioner, is it not perhaps something mre than that? Perhaps some type of ?
