Hi, David---

I said "stoop" half in jest, but only half so because there are people out there who take offence at such devices and even have a distaste for last-second manually-placed "snipes." I know, I know, it's an auction and a dog-eat-dog world, but still some peoples' sense of fair play calls for all bids to be up front and early. We could go round and round debating the ethics of this....
